MOVIE SUMMARY:
As his family desperately struggles to stay together, Joe Fine, who suffers from Bi-Polar disorder, decides to relocate from Brooklyn's Pitkin Avenue to the suburbs of New Orleans, hoping for a fresh start. However, it soon becomes clear that a change in environment can't change Joe and the battle he has with his psyche. In another angle we can say, Joe Fine moves his family from Brooklyn to New Orleans, where his dreams and extravagance far exceed his means.
