Just realized the Differences. NYCC=SDCC

San Diego Comic con starts from Thursday with a preview on Wednesday.

While New York Comic con starts officially on Friday with a press preview on Thursday.

Hmmm, there are more celebrity appearances at SDCC than at NYCC.

But the good thing is there is a huge Artist Alley at NYCC & SDCC when I have went for the past 2 years, and you can get interviews and drawings of anything.
(Back in 2008 or 2009, I got Brian Kang to draw Swan from The Warriors (CONEY ISLANDDDD BABY!~Haha if anyone is in the cult following, you know what I mean.))

The greatest thing this year is the merge of NYAF and NYCC on a packed weekend. Get ready for hecticness and big bags of swag. Haha, and lots of interviews and one sleepless night during the middle of the weekend.

Well either way, Ill be taking a trip next summer to see SDCC for the weekend. :)
And every year is NYCC & NYAF for me.

Later days,
Kaye Beeh.

P.S. - (Ill post old photos I have from New York Anime Festival and New York Comic Con from last year...and the year before (have not gotten around to finding that cord..well I did. Expect some all this week)

Happy Bastille Day!

For anime fans, Ill keep it brief but I would like to celebrate this day anime/manga style by making Tamaki Suoh from Ouran High School Fandom and France from Axis Powers Hetalia fandom.

Today they both are our honorary Anime Bastille Mascots!

So eat macroons, drink tea, drink calpico, & read some manga. Its a scorcher.

License License

For the fans of Skip Bet, Naruto, One Piece, and Bleach. I know you all go to sites such as One Manga & Manga Fox.

Unfortunately at this time, Manga fox voluntarily removed all fan-scans and translations so you will have to look elsewhere! (Boohoo! :< )

But this further makes you have to pay if there is no other means and get the books in japanese (then translate or get someone to) or buy the english (and be light-years slow!)

Good Luck/

Kaye Beeh

P.S. - I feel your pain.
