FLO RIDA - GOOD FEELING.
I keep hearing this song and never knew the artist or that name of the song! It is used in some of the Express commercials, and I LOVE IT!

Can you say a new song to add to my fitness playlist? BPM per minute is good on it!

So lately I have been busy with the school game and fitness game I am continuously trying to stay motivated in both. So I shall keep up with you peeps again soon!

Mellow and a little Sade

Sometimes you have to stop going so many miles and look at the scene that you pass through everyday. Trust me, the appreciation value will be tenfold.

Just like those who walk through Soho so quickly but have you really stopped and walked every corner and admire the architecture and the little art galleries and furniture shops on Wooster St? It truly is so worldly. Dont forget that your environment is also a source of energy and inspiration.
Then get your Jamba Juice with a power shot before or after. Be sure to try the Carribean Passion Smoothie, very very lovely. And very healthy!

To continue my relaxation and see the sights moood here is a little Sade to calm you down after a long work day or long day in general. God knows my Finals are next week, so I am busting on Crystal Castles and Sade to hype and relax, respectively.

Sade - By Your Side (If Your a true Sex and The City Fanatic, tell me which episode this song was in and when was it in the episode?)

Stay true, stay positive. I appreciate you guys a lot. ^.^

Favorite Closets and videos too!

So here is a slew of videos I really enjoy over youtube style.

Nylon's Dani Stahl's Closet Makeover

Nicki Hilton's Closet & Favorite Things

Kyle Richard's Closet

Queen Kelly Cutrone in her closet confessions.

Roxy Olin's Closet Confessions

& Finally some music, my favorite song (as of recent) that you might have heard on the BareMinerals Eyeshadow commercial and at the end of Lincoln Lawyer movie starring Matthew Mcconaughey.
"California Soul" by Marlena Shaw feat. Ya Boy

And some closets I really love to look at. I hope mine can reach epic altitudes like these. Such style, architecture and amazement.

My favorite one! The deep blue then a nice pattern on the opposite wall. And bins for storage and organization in a neutral color. The bars and systems, all connect and separate into appropriate measures. I want. Maybe when I move and get a nice space, Ill be able to do it.

Decided to throw in a lovely glass/ plastic desk thats quite appropriate!

Quite smart, the idea of a curtain. So royal.

Organic Figs & Rouge Balm

Well anyways, classes are classes and I have no trekked to the Vintage Stores yet over by East Village side, I guess I have been too busy from Classes, My Business, Scripts, and such.

But I can say that I have been obsessed with this British Organic Line of products.. called Figs & Rouge. I heard many British showbiz residents are fans including Emma Watson.

I have the Sweet Geranium and Rambling Rose Flavors.

What I love is the homage to flowers and the natural ingredients without parabens. The smell is just like that of fresh floral and it can go on your lip or other dry spots on your body. It may be a small tin but it packs quite a punch. I live on them.

Whenever I see Figs & Rouge anywhere I get like this:

And in MUSIC THIS WEEK! This song has been on replay.

Huang Wen Xing. I love him!

His song from 2009, but this song is like one of the best. The beat is so sick and yet has classic influences to it. The use of Brass instruments and computer technology on this, is amazing.

Up up Up! and away!

Well...Thanks for being for patient folks. I had to leave my harry potter legacy posting up for a couple of days. It deserved to be recognized as it is part of our years long decade and such an amazing franchise that will live forever. Thank you Directors, Actors, Actresses and film crews and the guy that delivers coffee and such... *Accio Wand*!

Now I am planning on see this new installment! HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS PART 2......sometime this week in the midday. :) I got the dvd for part 1 and watched it immmediately. Talk about desperation.

Well anyway, I had such a wonderful time hanging out at the Deer Park Tanger Outlets (Officially its "Tanger Outlets at The Arches" *coughs upper crusts cough cough*) here in NY. It truly was lovely weather and great deals on items truly. I came very close to buying a Kate Spade Black Zebra Decor Bag but obviously me mum says otherwise ("Thats an old woman bag, dear")

oioioioi. -_- my face lol

Everyone was at the Regal Cinemas there, having food, and just taking strolls. With the occasional buying. I was laughing at people (called having fun in my book). I did not take photos because I was too busy having fun and laughing. :D

But they do name the roads and different paths in Italian, which is a bonus in my book. The atmosphere is so relaxed. Outdoors, not in enclosed spaces like malls but great! It has a west coast feel to it.

Anyways, the breeze was blowing, actually bought goodies from American Eagle (haven't in months and months), Calvin Klein (months and months), Last Call Neiman Marcus (you get the idea), Off Saks 5th (you get it?), and BCBG MAxAzria (you get the picture?) Well anyway. I did not take photos of them yet, rather in the next week or so, I will be wearing them, so you can enjoy them on the model (yes me! woohooo!)

But I can tell what I have gotten. (Pics to come later, stay tuned....)

-Adrienne Vitadini White Crop Sweater with some sparkle detail on the chest area (not like any other)
- 2 American Eagle Army Relaxed Cargo Pants (they are seriously sick and can go with anything to give a cool flair)
- Collared clean cut navy blue & white striped tee from BCBG MaxAzria (first time I bought anything in there ever at 42 bucks, this top was a steal)
-American Eagle Beach tee (not the logo but actually city and beach photos on it, its really cool. I dont like to buy the logo *avoids rant*) ^_^
- Black Relaxed Boyfriend Long Cardigan by Calvin Klein
- Navy Blue Miami style casual top by Calvin Klein

As you could tell there is like no actual names for the items but I thought I could pass em by with such good conviction and not to mention FLAIR!

And of course to end of with a night view of Tanger Deer Park (this is a fall season one, the summer one I didnt take yet).

And of course, to come home later on to read more fan-fictions but before I got home, got a lovely drive on the parkway of course Sunday traffic back to new york to hit but its all good.

When I get home, the fan-fictions come but then Terry World and Selby Place Book I browse til I feel sleepy.
But for all of you who are bored, go over to Terry World. Terry Richardson Daily Diary. He has photos of Mila Kunis and Lindsay Wixson that dropped by his studio to take photos and fool around with god knows what! But If I ever had that privilege, that would be wicked. My favorite photos are ones where everyone is Terry (they assimilate with his signature large frame black clear glasses).

Well music of the day has to be.... from Canadian Soul Group Jacksoul....
Jacksoul - Still Believe in Love (from 2004) Classic song and a little old but timeless. *RIP Haydain (the lead singer of Jacksoul)*

Updates and Galliano

Summer Music of the Day:

Common feat. Queen Latifah - Next Time (Just Right Version)

Well im currently selling on ebay so check out auctions under my seller name: rkatgayle , I sell various things such as accessories, dvds, clothing, and miscellaneous.

And I am proud to say im on week 2 of Insanity and Day 3. :) Im doing pretty well. Tired but gotta dig deep. On Turbo Fire, still on week 4. Dont know when Ill start it back up since Insanity takes alot outta you. And just got my Billy Blanks PT 24/7 set. 5 payments of $20 monthly. I need to decide within 20-30 days if im going to keep it. Hmm, sounds similar to my previous gym membership which is now defunct, since Ive decided to join Crunch gym since its near my volunteer job and university in September. So fitness wise Im keeping up.

IN the fashion world, I am hearing that Galliano will not be joined back into LMVH or LVMH, I mix up the acronyms. On that whole Galliano issue, Im not sure what side is correct. We should give Galliano positive messages and go to recovery because im sure everyone needs a break. Then come back and design phenomenal goodies, we can gallore and galavant over.

Remember when Tom Ford took a break on his name-sake collection and left Gucci back in 2002-2003? And look how coveted his things are. Plus his Cat Eye sunnies im dying over still.

New New New!

PIC: With my favorite Doggie Backpack, I shall had some strands to give it that Alex Wang Fall 2010 Sydney Backpack influence. And I call him Rupert btw. (Family Guy referencing is welcome!)

Been having a wonderful vacation so far, relaxing, adventuring, and buying. Plus job hunting, got an interview at a great Macrobiotic Japanese Restaurant. (Do your Google searches now ;) ) Kiddin. By the way, did you hear that Lady Gaga has shaved her hair. There isnt anyway in hell im giving up my shoulder length hair that I sometimes like to keep in buns and ponies. Or otherwise emulate Alexa Chung minus the Alexa Mulberry Bag in Pink Leopard Thank you.

But.....

2 things that I have always wanted came in the mail this week along with other things I bought last week (but did not feature them yet on the blog!). And my excitement is through the roof. (Picture the ongoing British joke on The Nanny, whenever Fran is in contact with Mr. Sheffield's friends and relatives from England, their emotions are hardly shown! LOL)

First up, is the Hermes Constance Belt. This one was a gift from mother for a job well done on the semester. With my new Old Navy Skinny Cargos. Move over J Brands.

And then the Louis Vuitton Stephen Sprouse Lv Monogram Roses in deep pink. I practically could hide in this scarf but best of all, great on the beach with a pair of Ray-Bans wishing I was South of France material or better, Manhattan Beach Brooklyn material. Thanks.

Anddddddd from last week.

I finally got what my music heart desires:
Beats by Dre Tour Headphones
Hmm shiny :) The box emulates such energy. *hearts*

And a pair of overalls from Ebay (which are very summer and wishing-to-be-a-kid again appropriate), with a pair of Tory Burch Flip Flops, and the Vibram fivefinger sneakers in the Sprint Style! I was definitely very patient with them for a while but then decided to should get em and be done with it.

This is like barefoot running technology. I have used this pair for two times and I love it. Its really comfortable. I used to like the five finger socks when I was younger so this was a treat. And while im on the exercise track, I will be going to different classes throughout the city and have a fitness series too. Because I want to spread the joy of fitness and recall my journey of getting fit. So I am currently on Turbo Fire, on and off with P90x, and starting Insanity soon. I have other workout dvds, so I guess im a fitness junkie. I got home tools too. Push up bars and the works. ;O

And in other news, I have been on Purse Forum a lot! Starting to become addicted. Addicted like I was reading fanfictions and watching Asian Dramas (still am by the way). Those ladies (and gentlemen) have some amazing goodies and I guess I joined their leagues. Whoopie, give me a girl scout pin!

But yeah just updates on my time. As I said earlier, NEW NEW NEW.

Finally, music of the summer series.
"Built This Way" by Samantha Ronson (Was and still am obssessed with this song since that fateful prom scene in Mean Girls and the previous Mall scene in Mean Girls)

So can I imagine when I listen to this on the iPod Classic with the beats, and its blasting. Pure bliss.

Sasha Gacsal at large +Icarus

I dont think he is modeling much anymore but anyone truthfully remembers him?

At one point. He was featured in the Teen Vogue Casting Call blog which had so many models from big shots now to retirees.

Here is him at John Varvatos Fall 2006.

Lustful and vampire theme no?
He had an amazing jawline. They dont come around like that often. The last person with a good jawline was Brad Kroenig.

And finally song for the summer music series

Shopbop Bopstops........Gosh its all summer lovin.

Ta-da! As promised and what ive been dying to show is my first purchase ever from SHOPBOP. The shipping was pretty quick and I will definitely order from them again. Can you guess whats inside?

Ta-Da! Again, A floral wrap headband by Adia Kibur. Adia Kibur has some amazing accessories! Have you seen her fantabulous necklaces. I would wrap my body in them to make a dress. (But lets not get into that or else Id have to frequent my exercise classes, fitness dvds, and Crunch more than I do now!)

Feeling like a princess and flying so high. Took these pics day before yesterday but I have been having morning headaches when I wake up so I am out of commission sometimes to do anything this week and last week! HA.
And the polka dot top is a DKNY loungewear. Which I am living in. Paid 30bucks for the set. Check your local Marshalls and get cozy.

The detaisl of the headband. The metallic gold lacing into the floral braided headband for a great look during anytime of the day. I would wear this night to day, day to night, and I am.

And for all of you curious on the rest of the DKNY set,.... (as taken with my awesome old style imaging)

But really the set is comfortable. Great for the RAGING SUMMER, pubertyless, and the black pants are really loose so you could get your YOGA ON.

And finally......my summer song for the day.

Get em! Inspiration Tuesday

Have been reading a lot of other people's blogs lately and I love it all. Sometimes I could get caught up for hours with what everyone else likes and I find that some people share the same inspirations or style that I do (HOW NEAT!)

Like one blogger I miss for sure. The Catorialist. The person behind it was so hilarious and has not posted since September 2010, so If you see the Fabulous Cat behind all those fashion cat followings, let me know!

Well anyways, I am doing a room clean up and major rejuvenation. More goodies less junk how about that! Get rid of some magazines and bringing in antique books from Housing Works (I love your goodies, I NEED EM!)
Well not all antiques though. I still want to keep a very modern yet random room. I cant go totally minimalist yet, I have not gone to simpler times.

But anyway, enough of my many Beeh scribbles, I have found a pretty old but recent photo that embodies such life.

Taylor Warren & Cory Kennedy in Nylon Magazine back in '05 or '06, I believe...dont exactly remember.
It was my first nylon magazine and I still have the photo on my inspiration boards and post on the wall in my room for years now. They are truly amazing. I always follow what Kennedy does but Warren I have a hard time. I love her to death but I gotta know whats the happs.

Well anyway and these other photos, from Project Runway Alums. You all know I love Daniel Vosovic and his NYFW shows recently but I also love Austin Scarlett and Kara Saun

They need to do more. Seriously.

But.........onto to music now. I love Augustana. Their song "Steal Your Heart" has stolen my heart. Have a listen! Reminds me of The Killers in some sorts. I also love Stars and Boulevards., another great song of theirs. I was reading Teen Vogue and they were in my latest issue, not july's issue but I think its my june issue.

Of course, I am love with Madonna, have been following her, well in terms of music and tours. Rejuvenation tour and the Sweet & Sticky Tour!

One of my summer series soundtrack songs has to be:

Madonna - Don'tTell Me!

Dont you find that the cowboys are sexy and not only that but they got the fashions and sickest movements! Wow! Don has still got it. Best part is 3:11

Well anyways, in other news Adele is sick to her throat, forgot what exactly it is but had to cancel her tour dates. I hope she gets better. I love her angelic voice.
